Tonight Wales is playing against France in the Six Nations, so my bento lunch is inspired by this. I made this one for my OH who is Welsh and because we are both big Welsh rugby supporters.
To be honest, I still don’t understand much of the game, but I do like watching all the “scrumming”. And the singing!
This bento is very simple, made of rice and egg sheets. I didn’t have a dragon cutter so traced a picture on baking parchment and used that as a guide to cut out. There are some other dishes to go with this, but I haven’t included that in this picture. Our little dragon mascot DID have to be in the picture of course…:-)
(And fingers crossed that Wales will win tonight)
